The Display Module of dopamine transporter scans includes:
- raw data in cine mode
- slice images
- 3-D images based on unique image processing methods
The images are normalized so that the background always have the same colour. Differences in striatal uptake can therefore easily be visualized.
Several DaT SPECT scans from the same patient can also be displayed side by side to facilitate a comparison.
